Our office accepts any dental insurance that will allow you to go to the provider of your choice.  We are not "in-network" or contracted with any dental insurance company except The Gulfstream Dental Plan.  Please check with your insurance company to find out if you have "out of network" coverage.  Some dental insurances that allow you to go out of network may reduce your benefits or send payment only to you "the subscriber."   We do not except medical coverage, Medicaid or Medicare.  Secondary coverage is not excepted as payment but we can easily file it for you after your primary has made payment.  The day of your visit, you do have to pay your deductible and the percentage not covered by your insurance.

  We can only estimate your benefits for same day service, after insurance payment there may be an account balance or credit.  Should this happen you will receive a bill or reimbursement check from our office.  If you desire we can get a more accurate estimate from your insurance; we can file a "Pre-determination."  You would need to come in for exam and X-Rays so a complete treatment plan could be made, we would then send that to your insurance and 3-5 weeks later they would send back in writing an estimate of what they will pay. 

  Although we would like to be able to provide you with all your insurance information, all insurance plans are different.  In order for you to get the most accurate information about your plan please give your insurance company a call.  At your first visit here we will call your insurance for the most accurate information available.
