We are glad you are interested in becoming a patient at our practice.  Whether you are interested in prosthetics, restorative care or both we can take care of your dental needs.  Please take a moment to look around our website to learn more about our practice and the services we provide.  Then when you are ready - give us a call to schedule your first appointment. 

 To allow our practice the most available time to address your dental needs we do request you arive at least 30 minutes early for your appointment.  This will allow us to get your paperwork filled out, your chart made and your insurance company called.  If you want to save a little time you can print your paperwork right here!  Fill it out and bring it with you to your appointment, fax it to our office (912-966-5949) or email it to Rebeccamyers023@yahoo.com.  You can also send over a copy of your insurance card for us to call in advance.
